Thursday is the new Friday in Old Town Alexandria with the new ‘Boutiques Up Late’ Block Parties. Every Thursday the boutiques will stay open until 8 p.m allowing customers to be able to shop after hours spent in the typical NoVA commute. Each Thursday different “zones” will host style block parties with special events and discounts. The first party kicks-off tonight on Upper King Street.
